Here is the Osatsu Pretz （プリッツおさつ）

Before launching the Pocky, the Glico brand was already selling Pretz snacks, from 1963, sticks with salty flavors. In other words, the Pretz are the savory versions of the Japanese Pocky. Instead of being covered with (chocolate) icing, these snacks, similar in texture to pretzels, are sprinkled with spices and other seasonings.

Here is a limited version, sweet potato / roasted taste, a flavor that the Japanese love in autumn.
