In addition, Japan wanted to symbolize the country's rise after the war with an important monument.
Inspired by the Eiffel Tower (but larger), Tokyo Tower was completed in 1958. At 333m, it was the tallest tower in the world at that time.
It remained the tallest structure in Japan until Tokyo Skytree surpassed it in 2010.

At the foot, Foot Town is a neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, shops and One Piece Tower.
The main observatory, located at a height of 150 m. It offers a view of the city with windows also allowing you to look down.
The top observatory, 250 m high. The platform promises a panoramic view of the metropolis, Tokyo Skytree and Mount Fuji on the horizon.
