How does the subscription system work?

When you subscribe to Tokyo Snack Box, you will continue to receive snack boxes every month, as long as you wish.

Renewal is automatic but without commitment, you can therefore cancel or pause it at any time from your customer area.

If you are subscribed, you will receive an email 3 days before the renewal to give you time to cancel it if needed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Create a customer account (if you haven't already), using the same email address as when you made your purchase.

2. Once logged in, go to your client area "My account."

3. You will then see a link called "My Subscription / Mon Abonnement". Click on it.

4. You will then see a button to cancel your subscription (or pause it).

5. If you can't do it, you can also contact us by email.

For your information, any box already paid for will be sent: you can therefore cancel your subscription at any time, you will still receive your order.
